PTBYTE Rules (English)

Attention: These rules apply to all content integrated into PTBYTE and all its sub-domains.

It is expressly forbidden for users to place content which:

• Excessive profanity;
• Violence, racial intolerance, or taking a position against a particular individual, group or organization;
• Promotion of illegal drugs;
• Pornography or similar;
• Gambling (Casinos and sort of);
• Excessive advertising;
• Any other content that promotes illegal activities or infringes the legal rights of other users / visitors;
• Incentives (monetary or otherwise) that users / visitors to participate (in order to benefit others) in on-line activities such as clicking on ads, do research, visit websites, read emails, or respond to questionnaires;
• Sale or promotion of firearms, knives, or any other type of ordnance;
• Sale or promotion of alcoholic beverages;
• Sale or promotion of tobacco or related products;
• Sale or promotion of prescription medicine;
• Sale or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of branded material (counterfeit clothing, for example).

For the same reason is also prohibited to publish material that is subject to copyright or other license limiting its use, without such a license is held by the user or it has permission from the author or without providing the original source.

Content that violate these rules will be removed without any notice or safeguard backup of it. The repeated failure to comply will lead to the inhibition of temporarily or permanently, the use of the forum.

In the case of content subject to copyright or other licenses that have been published (contrary to the provisions in the preceding paragraph), the PTBYTE and their administrators / moderators do not take responsibility if there is a way to abuse by their original authors / holders copyright.
